Road Traffic Solicitors London and Motoring Offence Lawyers in South East London

Being able to drive is often vital for work, and most of us need a driving licence to carry on with our everyday lives. If you are charged with a road traffic offence it is important to seek legal advice from a lawyer.

As specialist motoring solicitors, we represent clients being prosecuted for all types of motoring offences.

Most of us have never been in trouble with the Police or the Courts before, and being prosecuted can be extremely daunting.  The potential consequences of being convicted can be serious, from the risk of losing your licence or even your job.

Funding and Motoring Offences

Legal aid is not generally available for motoring offences, unless they are of the more serious kind.

We recognise how difficult it can be to finance Court proceedings for a motoring offence. We are flexible in the service we provide and whatever offence has been alleged offer pre-agreed fixed fees. Our fees are transparent ensuring you have peace of mind knowing the certainty of costs involved in running a private funded case.
