St. Modwen has announced that its proposals for the regeneration of Leegate Shopping Centre in Lee Green will no longer include an ASDA foodstore. This follows the expiry of a development agreement that had been in place between St. Modwen and ASDA, and the decision of the food retailer not to renew that agreement.
